Club Kali |
Here's something a bit different: some pictures and captions from one of my favourite Sim houses. This is an image-heavy page so it will probably take a while to load. Club Kali is a medieval dance club run by five generously proportioned women. Being of imposing stature myself, I was keen to use the gorgeous meshes and skins in the Big Girls range. And I thought a medieval-themed dance club would be just the place for these ladies. No, it doesn't have to make sense. The Big Girl meshes were made by Ra at Sim Chaotics (formerly SimOnes). The skins are from Sim Chaotics, Natalia's SimShop Online, and the Admirable Fantastic Shop. Each skin comes with a matching formal outfit, pajamas, and swimsuit. Decor credits are at the end of the page. Head credits aren't provided because I can't remember where the heads came from -- sorry! If you recognise any of them, please let me know and I will add a credit and a link. |

Welcome to Club Kali: the dance club for powerful women.
The funky nightclub equipment might seem a little out of place amongst the medieval gear.
But the Kali ladies know that serious medieval booty-shaking can only occur when you combine the romance of days gone by with the modern conveniences and powerful sound systems of the twenty-first century.
And they sure have a lot of booty to shake.
These dance cages have been especially reinforced to meet the demanding conditions at Club Kali.
You can be sure of fine cuisine at this club, as the hosts have spent a lot of time studying the most advanced cooking techniques.
The grand surroundings and fine company make dining at Club Kali an experience to remember.
Live entertainment is on the menu, too. Here's a practice session. Take no notice of the discouraging onlooker -- she doesn't know real talent when it's right under her nose.
Sometimes you just have to dress up, even when there's no special occasion. Here, some of the Kali ladies show off their formal wear.
Bedtime now. Aren't those nightclothes fetching?
Magenta dreams of finding a drummer to complete their musical lineup. She'll arrange auditions tomorrow.
Hey, those are pretty saucy pajamas.
Some patrons don't know when to go home, but the couches are so comfortable they may never want to leave.
Wow ... with pajamas like that it's no wonder she sometimes wakes up feeling grumpy.
