Cosmopolitan
So, like, The Band was out in Matt's car and we did the old Northcote 7-11 run (when I say the old Northcote 7-11 run I mean the one Matt and Mike told me all about). Mr Happy didn't work there any more. And so there was this guy about 17 years old, wearing an Iron Maiden t-shirt and short hair and just as we were leaving, we looked at him. He looked at us. He looked down at the 'Cosmopolitan' he was apparently considering for purchase. He looked up at us. He blushed. He put the magazine back on the rack very quickly, upside down. We left. We didn't say a thing. We didn't need to. |
